Raceville - Paddock

Raceville is an exclusive club designed for motorsport lovers, where speed, nature, and sustainability come together in perfect harmony. The project's masterplan is structured into four main areas: leisure, chalet village, UTV track, and the motorsport complex (paddock and racetrack). Each sector was designed to offer a unique experience, connecting users to the environment while ensuring a balance between innovation and environmental responsibility.

Raceville's motorsport complex was designed to offer a high-performance experience, combining technology, safety, and aesthetics inspired by the world's greatest circuits. The main racetrack spans 4.5 km, with a dynamic layout that allows for up to six different course configurations, providing versatility for various types of races and automotive events.

The paddock, one of the key elements of the complex, was designed to be both functional and visually striking. Its roof structure takes inspiration from the aerodynamic design of race car wings, bringing a strong identity to the space and reinforcing its connection to motorsports. Additionally, its structure was designed to include full support facilities, such as garages, social areas, and VIP lounges for spectators and racing teams.

The entire layout of the complex was carefully planned to prioritize safety, efficient circulation, and strategic visibility for both spectators and participants. The track design draws inspiration from iconic racing circuits, offering a variety of challenges and an exhilarating driving experience for professionals and enthusiasts alike.
