Raceville is an exclusive club designed for motorsport lovers, where speed, nature, and sustainability come together in perfect harmony. The project's masterplan is structured into four main areas: leisure, chalet village, UTV track, and the motorsport complex (paddock and racetrack). Each sector was designed to offer a unique experience, connecting users to the environment while ensuring a balance between innovation and environmental responsibility.

The chalet village was designed to provide a lodging experience fully integrated into the natural landscape. The units are built using Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT), a sustainable material that reduces carbon emissions and enhances the energy efficiency of the buildings. The layout of the chalets prioritizes solar orientation and natural ventilation, ensuring greater thermal comfort and reducing the need for artificial climate control.

Circulation within the village was planned to favor pedestrians, eliminating vehicle traffic and connecting the units through elevated decks. This system not only preserves the soil and local vegetation but also promotes a more seamless and contemplative experience, allowing guests to move freely through nature without physical barriers.

Sustainability is also reflected in the project's infrastructure. The village is equipped with a solar farm to supply its energy needs, along with biodigesters and a rainwater harvesting system, reducing reliance on external resources and minimizing environmental impact.

Additionally, the chalet design reinforces the concept of blending into the surroundings. The use of exposed CLT in the interiors and the choice of green shingle roofing allow the structures to merge subtly with the landscape, creating a harmonious visual connection between architecture and nature.
